Tom Baldwin brings more than 35 years of experience in painting, refinishing, staining, and property improvement across Vermont. A disabled Army veteran, Tom has worked on some of Vermont's finest homes as well as government, federal, commercial, and industrial projects.
Since starting The Paint Doctor five years ago, Tom has built an impeccable reputation by caring about the people behind every project. He and his wife live in the Barre area and have two adult children. Tom cares deeply about his customers, his work, and Vermont.
